Tobacco Processing Machines

Tobacco Pressing Machine is a combination of two machines, GRADECUT (cutter) & GRADE-WELL (screener). The product is efficient and provides high performance. Totally enclosed type Machine manufactured from MS Channels, Angles and C. R. Sheets.

The GRADECUT (cutter) part of the machine has 40” dia. Drum with 16 rubbing belts run by counter. The other part of the machine is GRADE-WELL (screener) which is equipped with 12’Long Screen Deck having three screen stacking facility. Apart from these the machine is equipped with three different types (size) of ready patti and one over size patti an 6 Nos. frames without Jali free with machine.

This three-in-one tobacco pressing machine is excellent in performance. Tobacco Pressing Machine is combination of three machines PRESCREEN, GRADECUT (cutter) & GRADE-WELL (screener) which is totally enclosed type of machinery manufactured from MS Channels, Angles and C. R. Sheets.

The first part of the machine is called GRADE-WELL which has 12’Long Screen deck, three screen stacking facility, three different types (size) of ready Patti, one over size Patti and 6 Nos. frames without Jali free with machine.
Another part of the machine is called GRADECUT which has a 40” dia. drum with 16 rubbing belts run by a counter. This part is normally machine supplied without any electrical support and ‘v’ belts etc.

The third part is called PRE-SCREENING machine which is a small screen to screen machinery part. The material before crushing & bypass are the ready materials which directly go to the main screen, that is, GRADEWELL. This machine is having a single jail in two pieces.

V Shape Screener is an oscillating type screener with approximate 4” stroke to screen material homogeneously. The machine is manufactured from MS Channels, Angles, and C. R. Sheets etc.

This advanced machine is equipped with 12’-0” long screen deck which is having four (4) screen stacking arrangement in series, 4 different size of ready patti and one over size Patti, six (6) Frames without Jali free with machine. The machine runs without any electrical, ‘v’ belts etc

Whole Leaf Cutter is very useful to use as a Whole Leaf Cutter. The machine is widely used to cut tobacco bundles in to ¾” wide strips. Whole Leaf Cutter is fabricated from MS plates, having Rotating Rotor with 4 knives & one stationery Knife. This tobacco cutter is feed by a feed conveyor from where the output is taken out by a belt conveyor. The machine requires approximately 15 HP power. Capacity of this Whole Leaf Cutter machine is approximately 1000kg/hour.

Tobacco Blending Mixer is an important mixer of Tobacco blending plant. Tobacco Blending Mixer is very useful to blend the different verity of tobacco in homogeneous mixture of quality tobacco. This Tobacco Blending Mixer plant contains drag type feeding conveyor, drum type continuous mixture, out let conveyor & tiny type screener.

CIC-Toboclean machine is used as a gravity & pneumatic separator to separate lamina & ribs from crushed tobacco. CIC-Toboclean machine can be used to remove dust from the tobacco.

The machine is manufactured from Heavy Angles and C.R., Sheets, mounted on polymer wheels. This machine is equipped with a standard fan, speed regulator and wire with plug, two frame free Jali.

S Type Drag Conveyor is used to feed raw material for processing in three in one Machine with matching capacity of 60 No (20kg begs ). The machine is equipped with 300 mm S type shape, inclined drag conveyor 15’ long C to C, fabricated frame, chain, dragging belt, sprocket, V pulleys and geared motor.
